It takes six weeks to form a habit. Starting an exercise program or fitness scheme is not so difficult, but stick with it. After weeks, maybe months, enthusiasm and optimism, commitment decreases. Life gets in the way and often the excuses become the norm, to kidnap fitness. The problem is that once you begin to set goals for fitness on the back burner, it is difficult to move it to the top.

? Get a training partner. Commit to another person is an effort to meet the deadline for the year. After all, someone else is dependent on the motivation and support. An exercise partner can be a personal trainer, a friend, colleague, to his gym buddy.
? Get in first. Women tend to put every first and and put somewhere on the bottom of the list of priorities. It’s time to go to No. 1 in my time. If you’re not even a priority, who else will?
? Make exercise a priority. How to contact the head of the list, the practice up there too. Make it a family is not negotiable with anyone, friends, and yourself even if you are tired or stressed, exercise is a must. His time of his doing you any good profit.
